Services we provide setting up a new Entity (Below is LLC/Corporation)

· Check to make sure the company's proposed name is available on the ACC (Arizona Corporation Commission) and trademark websites.

· Fill-out Articles of Organization or Corporation.
|
|
· Mail application with check for proper amount to Arizona Corporation Commission.

|
· Wait to receive approved Articles back from ACC.
|
|
· Once received, send Letter and copy of Articles to client.
|
|
· Fill out Notice For Publication.
|
|
· Send copy of approved Articles, original Notice for Publication, Letter and Check to a local Newspaper publication.

|
· Wait to receive Affidavit of Publication from the proper Newspaper publication.
|
|
· Obtain a Federal Tax EIN# for client.
|
|
· Once everything is received, mail all original documents to client.
